What exactly am I buying?
You are purchasing the complete source code for the Eyelit platform. This includes two main components:
The Flutter Mobile App: A cross-platform application for iOS and Android that your customers will use.
The Laravel Backend: A powerful admin panel and API that you will host on your server to manage the entire business.
You get 100% of the code to deploy on your own infrastructure.

Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?
This is a one-time purchase. You buy the code once and can use it forever for your project, as per the license terms. There are no recurring fees from us.
Do you provide customization services?
The code is sold "as-is" with comprehensive documentation to help you set it up. We do not offer custom development services, but the code is well-structured, allowing any competent Flutter or Laravel developer to make modifications easily.
What are the server requirements for the Laravel backend?
You will need a standard web hosting environment that supports PHP and MySQL. The key requirements are:
PHP >= 8.2 with standard extensions (mbstring, curl, etc.)
MySQL >= 8.0 or MariaDB >= 10.4
A web server like Nginx or Apache
SSH (command-line) access is highly recommended for an easy installation (to run composer and artisan commands).

Do I need a Mac to compile the app?
To compile and publish the iOS version of the Flutter app to the Apple App Store, yes, you will need a computer running macOS with Xcode installed. This is a requirement from Apple. For the Android version, you can compile it on a Windows, Linux, or Mac machine.
What third-party services are required for the platform to work?
For full functionality, you will need accounts with the following services:
Stripe: To process payments for credit packs and merchandise.
Google Firebase: To send push notifications to your users' mobile devices. A free-tier account is usually sufficient to get started.
An SMTP service (like Mailgun, SendGrid, or even your hosting's email) to send transactional emails.

Can I change the app's name, logo, and colors?
Yes, absolutely. The documentation includes a detailed guide on how to rebrand the application. You will be able to change the app name, package name (bundle ID), splash screen, logo, and primary color scheme to match your brand.
How does the payment system work?
The platform uses Stripe as its primary payment gateway. Customers purchase "credit packs" within the mobile app to order digital iris creations. All payments are processed securely by Stripe and go directly to your Stripe account. The Laravel backend uses a webhook to securely confirm payments and update user credit balances.
How do I manage the designers/artists?
The Laravel admin panel has a built-in user management system with different roles. You can create accounts for your designers. When a new project comes in, you can assign it to a specific designer from a dropdown menu. The designer will then have their own simplified login to see and manage only the projects assigned to them.
Can I sell physical products (merchandise) too?
Yes. The admin panel allows you to create and manage a catalog of physical products (e.g., printed canvases, mugs, t-shirts). Once a customer's digital iris artwork is completed, the app will automatically show them a personalized store where they can see their unique creation on these products and place an order.
Is the platform multilingual?
The source code is written entirely in English. All user-facing text strings in both the Flutter app and the Laravel backend are prepared for translation using standard localization methods (.arb files for Flutter, .json language files for Laravel). This makes it straightforward for a developer to add new languages.
